We started STEHM because we kept watching great companies get mediocre design. Not because the work wasn't there — because it got handed to someone who wasn't in the room when the strategy was set. We're in every room. We do the work other studios pass down and call it "delegation."
Our clients are building real things — funded companies, hard problems, high stakes. They don't have time for a studio that needs six weeks of discovery to understand their business. We come in fast, we think like partners, and we make companies look like the serious operations they actually are.
